THE RECRUITING & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TRACK

ON TO LEADERSHIP

Account Development Rep / 40 to 50k+

  • Open dialogue with significant amounts of new business to hand off to Senior Recruiters, Senior Client Advisors, and Leadership
  • Facilitate a minimum of 4 signed fee agreements per month
  • Prospect for new accounts and partner with our fulfillment teams to maximize revenue production

 

Business Development Manager / 50 to 75k+

  • Serve our Recruiters, Client Advisors, and Leadership by opening meaningful dialogue with high quality, large business.
  • Facilitate a 2 – 4 signed Master Service agreements / Strategic Fee Agreements per quarter
  • Prospect for new accounts and partner with our fulfillment teams to maximize revenue production

Recruiter / Account Executive / 55k to 70k+

  • Learn and grow while working on the candidate portion of our business
  • Recruit candidates from the Job boards, LinkedIn, Advertising, Cold-Calling and Networking
  • Bill a minimum of 45k per quarter

 

Senior Recruiter / Senior Account Executive / 90 to 150k+

  • Move to a Senior Recruiter Role after you’ve billed 65k for two quarters in a row
  • Recruit candidates and bill a minimum of 60k per quarter
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to onboard new business / clients
  • Begin managing new client accounts for SalesFirst Recruiting
  • Assist and coach your peers

GM / VP / 150k+

  • Lead a company owned branch in all aspects of sales, recruiting, account management, P&L, and employee development.
  • Recruit and serve high caliber, high ceiling professionals
  • Lead by example!
