It’s common to begin a career here as a coordinator to learn our systems in a low stress environment. The pace is yours to set, and the typical time spent in this role ranges from 2 weeks to 6 months. Junior professionals tend to spend more time in the role while more experienced professionals tend to move up after a brief training period.

  • Support your team by driving candidate flow through managing job posts and our CRM/ATS.

  • Source, screen, and book candidates for the recruiters

Recruiter

A Recruiter supports the team by solely focusing on candidates. You won’t be tasked with interfacing with our employers just yet. Instead, you’ll take direction & training from Senior team members and lead high quality candidates through the process.

You’ll learn to manage difficult situations, give counsel to professionals, and trust in yourself as a leader and advisor.

  • Recruit and manage the full candidate experience

  • Inherit a quota of 45k per quarter

Now that you understand our nuanced process, and we know you’ve accepted our training & leadership. It’s time to start managing client accounts with proper supervision.

You’ll build longlasting relationships with employers by giving them sound & candid advice, and by finding them talent they can’t find on their own. Your reputation will depend on your results.

Once you show us that you can consistently bill revenue while also managing accounts, we know you’re ready to become a Senior Recruiter and begin training to join the leadership team.
