Each office offers slightly different perks & benefits that best match the needs of its staff, but you’ll find basic similarities no matter which office you choose to join. Ask us any question you like about compensation, benefits, and perks. We are happy to get into specifics!
Compensation
Salary, Commissions & Bonuses
Recruiters earn regularly scheduled promotions, and the most common base salary for a recruiter is $50,000 per year.
Each and every recruiter earns commissions when their candidate is hired or their account makes a hire, but the commissions differ slightly from office to office.
Additionally, SalesFirst offers bonuses each quarter that range from $3,000 to $50,000 depending on individual performance.
Retirement
SalesFirst Recruiting provides its employees with 401k and up to a 4% match. Matched funds are fully vested immediately.
Healthcare
SalesFirst Recruiting employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment. The options and costs will vary from year to year, and will differ by office, but the company selects plans that best match the needs of its employees. Family members are also eligible for benefits but typically at full cost.
Time Off
Employees start their careers here with 15 days of PTO and may carry some PTO from year-to-year. After 4 years here, PTO increases to 20 days.
We also observe New Years Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, and Christmas Eve.
Remote Work
Culture is built at the office, and productivity soars at home. That’s why we LOVE the hybrid model. But not every employee can come into the office regularly, so remote is an option as well.
We also encourage our employees to work an additional 2 weeks per year from a remote location for both adventure and mental health.
Parental Leave
SalesFirst aims to give parents flexibility and time to bond with their new child and adjust to their new family situation. Further details are available in our employee handbook.
